Hello All, Happy Monday!
OK, so I just watched Basketball Wives/Mean Girls (YES, it was like some mean girls high school clique).

It is that time -CANCEL!!!!!

Let's Make it a Wonderful Week!

  1. So I had Basketball Wives recorded and when I got home last night I turned it on and I promise I couldn't even finish watching it. Tami is a straight up bully and far too old to be acting the way she did. The sadder part about it is that she justified in her mind that she did nothing wrong and the audacity to demand an apology. Now they're talking about making a BBW movie. Siiiighhhh.... You look cute! LOL! I like the teal colored top.

    1. Thanks.
Yes, this episode was a mess, more so than usual. This show has definitely run its course. I'm done!

  2. Hey Sonya...you are looking sharp. Love those colors together!

I wish they would cancel BBW. They are an embarrassment. Tami was so wrong I don't even know what else to say about that. It is appalling they get off on tormenting people the way they do. I also get mad when the cast and their supporters say if you feel that way don't watch. While I can choose to make that decision (and I am there after last night's episode). I can't keep the several young women and even teenagers who watch from seeing that weekly train wreck. These young girls will think it is acceptable to act they way they do and perpetuate what they see on tv thinking it will gain them some popularity. Bullying is a major problem among young people today and this is of NO help.

OK... I didn't mean to step on my soapbox on your blog. I'm done!

  3. Very nice outfit! I especially; love the top and the bag. I want the bag lol. But, yes Tami is trying to hard to portray this person who "keeps it real" but perpetuates the stereotype of black women. She is tasteless and crude. Definitely not classy and as a mother of two daughters, she should definitely try to set a better example for them. I see why the ex-husband left her. This show portrays so much negative drams that it's sickening. I would watch the show here and there when nothing else was on but I feel that shows like this should focus less on uneccessary drama and show us the positive things these women are doing as entreprenuers, mothers, philanthropists etc. It's confirmed there is a 5th season.
