Reflection for the Day: Don't Allow Anything To Distract Your Focus
The psalmist makes it clear that he is aware of where his help comes from. Knowing that it comes from the Lord he remains focused on Him. His eyes are not distracted regardless of the circumstances he might face. They are lifted unto the Lord.
It is easy to look to wherever help might possibly come from when one faces trouble. The key is not to become distracted and lose focus. Your help, at all times, comes from the Lord. Keep your eyes on the Lord. You will not be disappointed.

Amen! I try so hard to remember that all my help cometh from the Lord, then I find myself trying to figure out and fix things on my own. Gotta rememeber to put and keep God first! Thank you for this post!

ReplyDeleteSo true you have to stay focused. I heard an awesome quote, how can you go forward if you are steady looking back. Have to cast all my cares on God In Jesus Name and leave it at his feet. I am working on myself in this area.
