Gamaliel sought to explain to the opponents of Jesus that fighting God is an unwise decision. The more they sought to stop the sharing of the gospel the more it grew. God's will cannot be stopped regardless of what man might seek to do.
Understanding that God's will shall be accomplished is essential. Don't allow your doubts or fears to cause you to oppose what God is doing in your life or in the lives of those around you. You don't want to be a part of fighting God. His will shall be accomplished.
